I first recieved this product a week and tewo days ago. At first i was iffy because it has some bad reviews along with good ones. The first day i started using it and felt the colon part starting to work immediatley. ofcourse with anything its not going to work that day on a weightloss supplement. But I have seen a change in my weight. the only thing is with anything you cant pop pills and think its going to magically melt away. I work ourt on my tredmill 5 days a week. and dont eat everything in sight. its a good product for me and Im pretty overweight. so if you dont mind spending the money try it. the wors that can happen is it doesent work. I have energy when I take it and it surpresses my eating. But remember with anything not everything works for everyone.

This product was great for 1 out of the 2 things I wanted from it. I wanted it to help lose a little weight and to increase energy. The energy increase was great. It took me about a week to get used to it and it kept me up late at night that first week but now I've gotten used to it. I didn't really lose any weight though. Maybe 1.5 pounds in 3-4 weeks I've been taking it. The company was very supportive and helpful when confronted with the problems I had with it so thumbs up to them! I will keep taking this product because I love the extra energy.

I am a 36yo male about 60 pounds over my target weight for my height and age. I have been taking Acai Berry Extreme for over 3 weeks now. Some of the great things I have noticed:

-Increased energy levels.
I find myself doing a lot more than I did before. I walk more, and I feel that I get a more enriching work out at the gym. I can go throughout the day consuming a lot less coffee. I feel more energized.

-Decreased appetite.
I find myself eating a lot less now. I eat 4 smaller meals a day and I find myself not wanting as much with a feeling of "fullness" after I eat.

-Increased weight loss.
Since I started taking Acai Berry Extreme I have lost 15 pounds. This I feel can directly be attributed to the increased energy levels which is directly related to the product.

-Increased health.
Due to the weight loss, my blood pressure has decreased and I have fewer back pains (back injury about 5 years ago).

As of yet I have not found any negatives about the product other than the price. It does seem a bit high, but who can really put a price on a better more enriching life? I would definitely recommend this product for anyone attempting to reduce weight, increase energy and increase overall health.

Not to say that who ever these orders come from they do not return any of you emails. I had made a mistake in ordering this product twice, didn't want my charge account charge twice , but it did being that no one got back with me... Please do not get this product it do not work. LipoBlast does NOT work. No energy boost, no weight lost, even with diet and exercise, this pill is extremely lame. You will not lose any weight with LipoBlast.. what you will lose is money. Do not buy it.. and if you're thinking about Phentermin-d, dont waste your money there, either.. That also does nothing to help you lose weight. You will spend an obscene amount of money and see nothing in results. Those that are selling these two products will tell you otherwise, only because they want you to pay them money.

I believe this to be a very nutritious product. I doubt that anyone enjoys cutting down on caloric intake, but this product makes it easy for me. It requires little storage space, and is good to keep on hand for emergency use, as well.

I got this as part of an Amazon special on SlimFast, and didn't look at nutritional data at the store ahead of time. For anyone else who wants more info before purchasing, I decided to provide it, as it doesn't appear in the item description at this time.

First, taste: Good chocolate flavor, a little sweet for my tastes. I bet that's why Diane Aliprandi's kids like it better than Carnation Instant Breakfast. :-) Anyway, I tend to be a little sensitive to the sweetness of things, so take that with a grain of salt.

This is bizarre, but I've noticed that it has a little bit of an odd smell to it. Not offensive, but lingering... ??

The reasons I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 are (a) cost per serving, (b) the calories to protein & fiber ratio, and (c) the sweetness thing.

Another option to consider is Sugar Free Carnation Instant Breakfast Canisters, not always available in container packaging, but always available in packet form Carnation Instant Breakfast, Variety Pack, No Sugar Added, Carnation Instant Breakfast, Classic French Vanilla, No Sugar Added. The containers have 12 servings per container, 60 cal/serving, 0.5 grams of fat/serving, 12 g carb/serving, 4 g fiber/serving, and 5 g protein/serving. It is less expensive per serving than the SlimFast products (at least in container form), dissolves easier, and is sweetened primarily with Splenda. I find that it keeps me satisfied as well as anything else. I do, however, use 1-2% milk rather than skim when preparing it. Fat is definitely one of the keys to satiety, along with protein and fiber.

Update: Well, I now have to say that this does, in fact, keep me satisfied longer than Carnation Instant Breakfast.

I bought this product in hopes of it helping me to shed extra pounds. The shakes are delicious there is not doubt to it. However, they are very sweet. In fact I craved sweets more drinking this stuff then when I didn't. It helped some to rinse my mouth out with water after drinking slimfast. It also did nothing to curb my appetite, in fact, I would say it increased it. I am now stuck with a lot of slimfast and the only use I can see for it is to have if I am in a hurry and don't have time for breakfast. I would not use this as a weight loss aid. I actually gained weight while using it. When I stopped using it and ate "normally" I actually lost 5 pounds.

I've used the superslim before, I lost the weight with the old product, with all the typical side affects. I stopped using it for a while, just packed on few extra pounds, so I ordered again. After a week of taking the pills, I don't think this is the real product, the outer look of the box is similar, but the pills package is different (oh heck, it could be all similar and still be fake). I don't feel anything while taking this product, and haven't shed a pound but gaining two. :(

It holds things together but the boning gets uncomfortable, would have been better without it. It also folds in with the fold of my stomach, which I didn't want, so it doesn't get that pooch area as well as I would've liked. I'm 5'2" and weigh 135, so there's not a ton of stuff around my waist, but I'm 61, and everything just seems softer and fluffier than it used to be, even though I walk and do yoga/pilates & Wii Fit regularly, so I read the reviews and finally decided to give this one a try. I haven't had on a "girdle" in 30 years, so maybe I've just forgotten how it feels not to be able to breathe comfortably. I got a medium and after some gyrations and a bit of a learning curve, got it hooked up in front. It does give a nice curve to my waist, and I immediately measured 1 1/2 inches smaller :), and when I walk, I have better posture.

The down side is that I work at my computer, and I cannot sit for very long with this cincher on. I think part of the problem is that one size doesn't fit all in length. It pushes my cleavage up where God never meant for it to be, because it's long on me. A taller girl might have no problem. And because my waist is shorter, the narrow part extends up over my ribs, and it actually gets painful when I sit, and I find myself panting little short breaths. Also, there's the issue of where the fluff goes when you squeeze it in. I was feeling pretty good, looking in the mirror, till I turned and saw the part bubbling over in back. That just would look scary with a fitted blouse on........Also, the part I had hoped would be flattened, my abdomen, doesn't seem to be affected at all by the cincher. It's still a pouf, with or without it. I wouldn't call it magical.

So, I'll probably keep it, but I won't be wearing it daily as I had planned. I was already planning to lose 5 pounds, and maybe then it will fit more comfortably, and I'll probably wear it to some Holiday gatherings.

I received mine today and I squeeled with delight when I heard the door bell ringing for delivery. I immediately put it on. It does take some muscle power..but no where as hard as I was expecting to get it on. It sucks, tucks and hold!!!!! My S/O was giving me the side eye..he didnt get my excitement , this was just another one of my many purchases. BUT!!! I first purchased this product back in 2008 but never did write a review for it. Not that it was a bad product, it's just that I forgot I purchased it because it worked so well I had gotten down to the third set of hooks within about three weeks(this is without watching my diet of Mc'Donalds, burger King Popeye's Ect. I ate the same fast food junk as usual) I ended up tossing it in my dresser and not ever thinking about it again until I came across it last night. I was a size 14 and barely got into that when I first purchased this. After the three weeks all my size 14 pants around the tummy area falls off of me. I have to steal my boyfriend's belt to keep my pants up. Now a size 12 fits me snug like the 14 use to but 14 wont stay up on my waist anymore. I have to downsize and buy a new one in a L in stead of XL and work my way across the hooks again. I wore this from the time I got up for work which was 5am til I got home at 5pm. If you wear this everyday and you are active at work or throughout your day like me(I work in a hospital so I do more running around and less sitting at my desk) you will see the results after a while.

Since I did stop using this I have downsized my eating portions because I dont want to go back up a size, I go to the gym 3 times a wk to maintain the size I am. Because the material has a lot of rubber on the insides it may cause you to sweat a whole lot(I would come home soaked) so I suggest you run it through the washer every 2-3 days as sweat will irritate your skin and eventually cause you to rash up like nobodys business (seen my friend who bought the same item not wash hers for two wks and she broke out in clusters of rashes that only went away after agrresive treatment of Lamisil cream twice a day! So yea basically not washing your sweaty corset will give you fungus after a while so wash it often!)

Other than that mine got a little worn, it started to fold and bend and roll up once it started to get too big. BUT keep in mind Im very active at work. I lift, bend, strech, run patient charts around the building for delivery to various departments, then at home and I often forgotten I had it on and end up cleaning up the house in it. It was used vigorusly so for the price it is worth it because it didnt start to bunch and roll until it started getting slack. So if you are not as active as I am then yours will last longer. Plus I kept this thing on way beyond the reccomended time of 4 hours so I dont expect it to last very long after extensive use.

I love this product, and as for the shipping it took 5 days to come but I am not complaining because I saw the great reviews and knew that no matter what this was what I wanted. When I first got it I ordered a L and it was too small. I was able to exchange free of charge and got the right size in 3 days so returns are fast and hassle free. This is a great product overall, less risky than ordering that exspensive body magic shaper & then you have to guess what side is right & even if you guessed wrong you cannot change or get a refund. Do you really have $65-$150 to throw away like that? I suggest you get this one cause at least if it is the wrong size amazon will switch it with no questions FOR FREE at that!! I hope I helped everyone make a choice.

Lean1 is by far the best Nutrition/Performance shake I have ever used. I have tried so many different ones such as EAS. However, Lean1 blows them out of the water in every category.

Taste - I have used both Chocolate and Vanilla flavors. Both are filled with flavor and taste that remind me of a dessert.

Easy to Mix - I usually use a blender but have on occasion used a shaker bottle. The bottle completely mixes up with no lumps in just a few shakes of the hand.

Sucralose is an extremely evil product. It is a chlorocarbon...meaning it has chlorine...a substance that destroys human cells over the course of time. The cell recognizes the 'carbon' as a usable food and so it lets it in...and the chlorine atom which is compounded with the carbon, sneaks its way in. I brought this issue up with nutrition 53 when I learned this and stopped using it. They said 'oh, there really isn't that much sucralose in the product. Any amount is too much, especially when we are ingesting this stuff every single day...some people even use it more than once per day. Hopefully you will be able to do some of your own research on this product which makes so much money at the expense of human lives. Look for alternative protein powders which use stevia such as Jay Robb.

I've been tasking alli for about 2 /1/2 months now and i like the product. Since my first purchase of it, it has made my family and i smarter about what we eat. We very rarely buy foods now that are more than the 3g to 100/cal ratio. and it amazes us which foods are healthier than others. But more than just the program and the online support, the capsules help to. By knowing i have to take a capsule with every meal (and i do unless it's fat free), i actually eat lunch, i have snacks before and after but sometimes i just nibble and don't really eat and then later i would eat a lot. Since i started exercising and using alli i've lost 17lbs. i haven't lost any over the past 3 wks b/c i've stopped exercising (holidays get busy) I have not experienced any treatment effects, and the reason is NO MORE THAN 15g of fat per meal a day. and no rolling over the difference in grams to the next meal either. I like this product and it works well for me. I've also recommended it to my sister-in-law as her body has difficulty processing fats and this would all the fats to pass through her system.
Basically Alli is a gr8 product, if you stick with it.

For a Latino, it is very difficult to support a diet low in fat, since our daily food contains high levels of this one.
